Purpose and Benefits


Enclomiphene is used as part of TRT to:

  • Prevent or Minimize Testicular Atrophy: Supports testicular size and function during TRT by stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which help maintain natural testosterone production.

Directions for Use

Dosage:

  • Take 25mg (one capsule) twice per week on the same days as testosterone injections (if applicable).
  • If using daily testosterone cream, take twice weekly on Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday, as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Timing:

  • Take at the same time each day for consistent hormone levels.
  • No known food interactions.

Instructions:

  • Swallow the capsule whole with water.
  • Do not crush or chew the capsule.

Storage Instructions

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight (e.g., a medicine cabinet).
  • Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Common Side Effects

  • Nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort

  • Visual disturbances (rare), such as bright flashes and floaters

If side effects persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider. In the event of visual side effects/disturbances, discontinue use and immediately contact your provider.
